This derby game ended with only two-point home defeat of 3rd rankedParque Hostos (5-3) to first ranked Ponton (7-1) 110-108 on Saturday evening. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Parque Hostos. Ponton dominated down low during the game scoring 82 of its points in the paint compared to Parque Hostos ' 62.
